Welcome to Pig Feathers BBQ!

Here at Stu Miller's Pig Feathers BBQ, we make everything from scratch for a taste experience you can only get at Pig Feathers.

Pig Feathers features slow smoked ribs, smoked Prime Rib, thick, center-cut pork loin chops, wings, burgers, and an amazing pulled pork sandwich. 

We also offer a true Baseball Cut Sirloin steak.  This baby is about as thick as it is wide and cut from the center of the sirloin and seasoned with our own special blend of spices.  It looks like a crown on the plate and we call it the king of steaks. 

The pork chop is something to make a special trip for.  We sear a thick slab of pork loin in olive oil and garlic and then drizzle our own Blueberry Sage sauce over the top - this plate is amazing!  It's also Stu's favorite.

Our smoked Prime Rib is rubbed with one of Stu's amazing rubs and then slow-smoked over hickory.  Many of our customers say it's the best Prime Rib they've ever eaten.  We tend to agree.

Stu's St Louis Style pork ribs are rubbed and slow-smoked over hickory for several hours.  They come to you with your choice of either our Smokey Sweet, Slather, or Ouch! sauce.  Or of course, you can ask for them rubbed with no sauce.

For lunch we feature a number of great choices.  Our burgers are a little smokey and are lightly seasoned with our own Chipotle rub.  They're not your average burger.  We also have an extremely flavorful Pulled Pork sandwich.  And don't forget the HAND-CUT fries!  If you like fries, there's none better.

Ever heard of a Hammered Chicken?  No - not drunk but no doubt a little woozy by the time we get done with it.  We take a skinless boneless chicken breast and hand hammer it, then we season it with our Chipotle Rub and saute it in olive oil.  It comes served burger style with all the fixins.
