Few Words About Us

Stu Miller- Owner, Head Chef, and Chief Bottle Washer

Stu was a state BBQ champion, and has been creating sauces and rubs for over 30 years. It is these sauces and rubs that give the food at Pig Feathers BBQ it's unique flavors.

But Pig Feathers is more than great BBQ. Stu has created seasonings, blends, and sauces for a variety of foods. From our own steak seasoning to our chipotle rub to the truly delicious Blueberry Sage sauce that you'll find drizzled over our thick cut Pork Loin Chop, the flavors are all our own, created by Stu right here at Pig Feathers.

Keep in mind, if you don't like your food here, he's also the one with the meat cleaver!

Becky Abbas
Front of house - Weds - Saturday days. Customers love our Becky. She'll be the one with the bouncing pony tail!

Annie Van Drew
Server - All day Sunday, Monday, and Saturday nights. Last week she was a blond - what will she be next week?

Pam Foran
Pam is our newest server. We discovered Pam one day while she was working for another business that will remain un-named. We noticed how she really got after it for her customers and made her an offer she couldn't refuse - working at Pig Feathers of course!

Becky Miller
Co-owner - She's the one not getting paid to be here - she just loves our customers THAT much! You'll find her artwork hanging on the walls and she designed our incredibly sharp menus! Not so good at shooting the pig though.

Zack Compton
Cooking - days - Tues. Wed., Thurs., Nights - Fri., Sat. Practices alternative transportation (skateboards to work), and inventor of the "Zachery Twist"

Katelyn Rider
Dishwasher on Thurs., Fri., Sat., Sun. She's the newbie on the block

Fulton Miller
Dishwasher - sort of - Usually has head in the clouds except when cooking up some of the best spaghetti you'll ever eat and of course our Cherry Chip cupcakes. We like to refer to Fulton as our SHORT order cook.

Robert Miller
Dishwasher - again, sort of - He's our co-web designer and designated computer game player. He also is turning into quite the cook. Soon to be our shipping manager.
