Dinner at Pig Feathers is served all day with the exception of our huge spuds - which come out of the oven after 5:00 pm. We feature items on our dinner menu that you might not expect to find at your typical BBQ restaurant.
Our Pork Loin chop is a thick center cut boneless chop that we sear in olive oil and garlic and then drizzle with our incredible Blueberry Sage sauce. Most who try it order it practically every time they come in.
Our Baseball Cut Sirloins are hand cut specially for Pig Feathers from the center of the Top Sirloin and aged for a minimum of 21 days. They are truly the steak lovers steak. The Baseballs are seasoned to perfection with Pig Feathers own Steak Seasoning.
If it's Friday or Saturday, it's time for Smoked Prime Rib. Rubbed with our Hog Wired Rub and then smoked to juicy goodness. Does it get any better? Many tell us it's the best Prime Rib they've ever eaten. We happen to agree.
And of course there's ribs, wings, our Hammered Chicken dinner, and all the fixins that make our dinners not only tasty but something that will fill your belly.
