Stu Miller- Owner, Head Chef, and Chief Bottle Washer - Stu was a state BBQ champion, and has been creating sauces and rubs for over 30 years. It is these sauces and rubs that give the food at Pig Feathers BBQ it's unique flavors.
But Pig Feathers is more than great BBQ. Stu has created seasonings, blends, and sauces for a variety of foods. From our own steak seasoning to our chipotle rub to the truly delicious Blueberry Sage sauce that you'll find drizzled over our thick cut Pork Loin Chop, the flavors are all our own, created by Stu right here at Pig Feathers.
